2023 Alexandria Bay Chapter Recipient

Cassandra was a graduating senior at Alexandria Central School, a volunteer at the Alexandria Bay Fire Department, and a certified EMT.  She was awarded a Community Betterment scholarship to go towards her tuition at Jefferson Community College this fall where she plans to study nursing.
