The Reformed Church of the Thousand Islands has transformed their "in house" spaghetti dinner into a year round every week outreach with their team of volunteers serving over 150 meals a week through a carry out and delivery ministry.  Funds raised at the annual Alexandria Bay Community Betterment weekend went towards supporting one month of free dinners for the community.
