Bob and Julie have been together for 28 years, having been high school sweethearts.  While dealing with the sudden loss of their 14 year old son, Bob battled numerous health issues.  Due to these health issues, Bob was unable to work or drive and was on permanent Social Security Disability.  While Julie works as an RN, picking up extra shifts when possible, they still struggled with monthly bills.  Funds from Betterment were used to help with car payments to ease their monthly struggles.
