Dylan Sturdivant, FL

Dylan Sturdivant is an awesome, active, and funny 16 year old who loves to skateboard, play the bass and spend time with this family and friends playing video games and watching movies. He is an artist and loves to build and craft. He is also an active participant in the Surfrider Foundation. Dylan was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when he was 12 years old. Recently, he has experienced complications that have resulted in several surgeries and extended hospitals stays.  He has had to endure 4 surgeries in less than 3 weeks, a total of more than a dozen surgeries in 2 years.   He is currently in a hospital that is 4+ hours from their home.  Both of Dylan's parents have been sparse with work as taking care of Dylan has proven to be a full-time task.
Funds raised helped the Sturdivant family with travel costs while traveling to/from the hospital for Dylan's care.
