Solid Rock Therapeutic Riding Center is a non-profit organization that provides equine therapy to all children and adults in an effort to improve their functioning and well-being in life, particularly those with special needs through the discipline and structure of equine interaction and therapeutic riding. 

Solid Rock TRC is committed to providing "riderships" to their participants that would not be able to participate in this type of therapy because of financial burdens.  Over half of their current participants do not have the financial means to pay for their riding sessions.

Money awarded helped pay for 4 children or adults with special needs to ride in the therapeutic riding program for 10 weeks.
