2009 Cleveland Black & White Ball Recipient

This organization works to provide 60 bi-weekly music workshops to 300 children in two Cleveland Metropolitan School District schools that are economically disadvantaged and score well below state averages.  Through ROAM's programs and volunteer work, they exist to make our community a better place.   Funds raised at the Black and White ball purchased 300 harmonicas for the program's students so that they could participate and enjoy the arts.
