2008 Clovers for a Cause Recipient

Proceeds from the first Columbus, GA event went to benefit Joshua Zalunardo, a fourteen year old from Pine Mountain who was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his brain stem.  One day last May he went to the emergency room because his face was numb and he felt dizzy.  The doctors found that he had a brain stem glicoma which is a tumor located on the spinal cord.  The doctors said that the average person would never make it through this.  Joshua, however, had other plans.  He had always been a very happy and athletic kid and has continued to defy the odds!

Sadly, Joshua passed away in May of 2008.
