2008 Alexandria Bay Paddle for Betterment Recipient

John, a former fishing guide, was diagnosed two years ago with the most progressive form of MS disease and John has great difficulty managing stairs. The Slate family has volunteered, worked and lived in the Alex Bay community most all of their lives and now they need our help. The funds raised will go to build a ramp at their family home.
