A lifelong resident of the community, Joanne Senecal is not doing well from a health perspective. She has diabetes, just had a pace maker put in, and is on oxygen 24/7. Joanne is house bound most of the time and needs a lot of help with the stairs going into and out of their home. Joanne has always been very involved in her local church and big part of events there. She has always been involved in community events such as the yearly Chris Cringle in the town and she has been involved in the Festival of the Lights. Joanne and her husband raised 4 children in the local community with two of them being teachers today. A donation from the INF was used to build a wheelchair ramp for them to make their life easier.
