Why I love being involved in Betterment: After more than 10 years, I continue to be inspired by Betterment - by the people involved, by those we have helped, and by what we can do together to inspire the next generation of philanthropists.  Every time I see John Slate, an Alex Bay recipient, or Marc Milkie, one of our first DC recipients, they remind me of how much Betterment matters.  If we can help even one person or provide just one family with just a little bit of hope - then we have truly made an impact.
