Jeff Bates was in his 60s and in desperate need of a heart transplant.  He was living on a battery operated heart pump. He had to make many trips to the Cleveland Clinic.  He lived solely on his social security checks.  Jeff was a good citizen and had served on the local boards in the Alexandria Bay Area.  Fund went towards food and gas gift cards to help him through his difficult time.
