Jacob Zerebniak was born with a serious heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), meaning at birth he had only three of the four necessary heart chambers.  Only two years old, Jacob has already endured five critical surgeries in connection with this condition, requiring extended stays in the PICU at Akron Children's Hospital.  As a result, Jacob's family has staggering medical bills and stress.  A donation from the proceeds of the Canton Bash covered six months of mortgage and car payments for the family.
