Erin Weiss, Annapolis, MD

Erin is a 42 year-old social worker at the Key School in Annapolis.  She works with kids in pre-school through elementary ages.  She is an avid runner and sailor.  She is a dedicated mom with 2 young boys.  Erin was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on August 29, 2019. On September 20th, doctors informed her that due to the extent of the lymph node involvement, her cancer was stage IV.  Erin began five months of chemotherapy on October 8th. Despite the seriousness of her diagnosis and long road of treatment ahead, she has an excellent prognosis.  With Betterment’s support from the Annapolis Bash, Erin and her boys will be able to get the therapy they need to process this trauma and support them through her treatment.
