Dee Fram is a native of Alexandria Bay.  Dee has scleroderma, which attacks connective tissue and contributed to her lung condition.  She was diagnosed in 2020 with pulmonary hypertension and in 2021 she was added to the Cleveland Clinic list for a lung transplant.  Dee is recovering from her successful lung transplant surgery and will remain in the Cleveland hospital until she is able to go for either rehab or to the housing at the Transplant House located in Cleveland.  Funds from the Alexandria Bay INF will help in her recovery.
