Madge is a life long resident of Alexandria Bay.  She has worked all her life, raising her daughter by herself after her husband passed away.  Madge's home was in need of a new roof.  She also has very bad arthritis which makes it difficult to use stairs.  Donations from Betterment went towards a patching a part of the roof for the house.  In 2021, funds were donated for plumbing and electric needs.
