2020 Support Annapolis Area Restaurant Employees Fund

The Anne Arundel County Executive mandated a shutdown of all indoor and outdoor dining for 4 weeks starting December 16, 2020.  The Annapolis area is a tight knit community where our restaurants support the communities and the communities support the restaurants.  This new mandate put an enormous burden on the restaurants, causing many of them to have to reduce their workforce or shut down completely.  Partnering with Seven12,  a drive was organized with 46 restaurants.  Gifts were collected for employee’s families for the holidays.  Betterment also supported the effort by accepting donations to help support the employees of all the participating restaurants to ease their financial burdens during the holiday season.
