2009 Cleveland Black & White Ball Recipient

Six-year-old Aidan had gone through 16 months of chemotherapy and received multiple therapies to address his brain tumors and the Neurofibromatosis (NF) that affects his vision.  Aidan's father had cerebral palsy and did a lot of presentations on living with a disability and having a child with a disability.  The family also volunteered a lot to help educate and raise money for people with disabilities.  Funds raised at the Black and White ball helped pay for Aidan's physical and speech therapy sessions, as well as additional vision therapy.
