The Chicago Chapter will be hosting a Summer Party featuring musician Jackson Rohm on Saturday, July 11th from 7-10pm at Joe’s Bar on Weed Street. Tickets are $40 per person which includes entrance to the concert, open bar and food. All proceeds from the event will benefit our recipient, Chris Coulon of Chicago. Moved by our mission, a young couple recently made a generous gift to help Betterment grow with a hope that their gift will inspire others.  This anonymous couple has generously committed $22,000 to encourage people like you to work together to match their support!   Their intent was to encourage each one of you to consider a gift to Betterment this year, so that together, our network would raise an additional $20,000.  We just need 100 gifts of $200, or just 20 of you to consider joining this generous couple in our Founders’ Circle, our recognition society for donors giving $1,000 annually for five years.

The Canton Chapter is looking for adults interested in participating in the Canton Recreation Department's summer sand volleyball league! This co-ed team, sponsored by the Foundation for Community Betterment will have games on Tuesday nights during June and July.   Read more...
