Back this year, the Canton Chapter of the Foundation for Community Betterment will be participating in the Canton Recreation Department Sand Volleyball League. Games will be held on Tuesday nights during the months of June and July, beginning at 7pm sharp. If you are interested in joining the team, please contact Amy Weisbrod at canton@communitybetterment.org.
On May 16th, the Canton Chapter and their families volunteered at the Stark County Humane Society. In addition, the group brought items from the shelters "Spring Wish List" for the animals.

The Canton Chapter of The Foundation for Community Betterment participated in a volunteer project with Canton Calvary Mission's food pantry on March 7, 2009. Twelve gathered to help shoppers decide on groceries for their families and to make their day a little brighter. Thank you to all the participants who dedicated their first spring afternoon to creating the ripple effect!
