Danielle Miller served for 4 years as the mayor for the village of Alexandria Bay.  Danielle’s daughter suffers from a few psychological conditions. Danielle resigned as Mayor to take care of her daughter full time because she could not be left alone. Danielle now drives her daughter every single day down to Syracuse (180 miles round trip) to get her treatments and help as an outpatient.

Funds went towards gas cards to help with travel costs while traveling to/from the outpatient treatments..
