2024 Alexandria Bay Chapter Recipient

Boomer Movers is a senior citizen fitness class at Hearts for Youth aimed to increase stamina, improve balance, and increase range of movement for daily activities. Since its inception in 2021, the class enrollment has grown to more than 60 individuals, many of which are active volunteers for Alex Bay’s Community Betterment Weekend. The Alex Bay Chapter was able to provide new resistance straps and ankle weights for this community group.
